On Thursday the 22nd of January we got up in the morning, got ready and headed out to Disneyland!! The boys were so excited to go to Disneyland and ride on all the rides! We were just hoping it was not going to be crowded. We figured maybe we would luck out with it being after a holiday weekend and with the measles outbreak that happened at Disneyland the month previous we thought maybe it would not be very crowded! Luckily we were right! We hit it on probably the best day that we could have! The longest ride we had to wait for was probably 20 minutes and that was Peter Pan. All of the other rides had really short lines. So it made the day even more fun. Ethan and Wyatt did pretty good for not getting naps and with all the excitement everywhere. Ethan only had a meltdown one time and that was after seeing this blaster gun that he wanted for the fifth time and us telling him that we were not getting it yet! So between being tired and being an impatient 4 year old he broke! haha After that he was better! Wyatt got tired and wouldn't sit in the stroller. He just wanted daddy to hold him! Other than that we all had a blast going on all the rides we really wanted to go on! We brought a ton of snacks and really didn't even eat any of them. My back was bad pretty much the whole day but luckily I brought my belly brace and took some tylenol throughout the day. We just didn't get places as fast as we would have since I was walking like a 90 year old grandma! haha It was a fun filled day and totally worth it. The boys had such a blast and it was way more fun this time with the ages they are right now than it has been in the past with them! They actually got excited about the rides and cared what we were going on! So it was well worth it!

Brandon did not know that I had brought the poster with me and told Ashley the night before that we had planned to give her this Thor poster for her birthday but he forgot it. Then with my pregnancy brain I didnt think to just keep it in my brain that I had brought it and instead I kicked Brandon and made a face. He then was all, "You brought it?" so I told him I had and that it was blown now! I still gave it to her in the morning and we had a little laugh!
The boys wanted Uncle David to ride in the car with them to Disneyland! :-)

Ashely got a Birthday pin which meant that all the workers had to say Happy Birthday to her when they saw her. haha Then Wyatt got a 1st visit pin and we got a celebrate pin for Ethan to wear!

Yay for the cars ride! Ethan really liked it except for the "bumps" as he said. In fact when the ride first started going Ethan asked when it was going to go fast. So we told him it would in just a minute and he was loving life when it did finally go fast. Although he did not like the bumps because they made his tummy feel funny. I totally understand, since I never liked getting that feeling either!

Wyatt liked the ride and so did Ethan! They were having so much fun and we had only been on 2 rides!
Then my mom and I took the boys to go stand in the line for the Toy Story ride while Brandon and the rest of the crew went on California Screaming. This face Ethan is making is just so funny to me and he just kept doing it. He was on this kick of making faces and putting his hands into little claws.

We made it back to the cars area and Grandpa, GG, Ethan, Ashley and David went on the cars ride again while I sat down with Brandon and Wyatt. While sitting down we told Wyatt that we were going to go get corn dogs and chips for lunch!
Which Wyatt then told Brandon and I to "stay here. I get hot dogs." He then started walking off to go get the corn dogs for us. I started to follow him since I knew he would just keep going and I had to record it. haha He is such a silly kid and has a mind of his own! Brandon told me not to follow him because he would just come back but there was no way I was going to let that happen with it being Disneyland and he went around the corner. All it would take is for him to run the wrong way to come back for us and get completely lost! So I followed him and he just kept walking. Then he got upset when he saw me follow him and wanted me to go back as you will see in the video! Silly kid!! He is our kid that will always just wonder off on his own if we let him. It makes me nervous. Which is why we brought the leash for Wyatt in case we needed it. Luckily we never needed it!

This silly boy was so brave this time around. He wanted to go on all the rides that Daddy was going on. However, he couldn't go on some of them since he wasn't tall enough yet. He did go on Thunder Mountain though and at night for that matter. I didn't think he would want to and I tried to tell him that he would not like it but, he wanted to go since Daddy was going on it. So because he was tall enough he headed into line with the whole family except for me and Wyatt. So Wyatt and I hung out and had some snacks while we waited for them to get done. When they got back Ethan said it was so fun! He said that "Daddy told me to scream and that would help my tummy not feel so funny." haha Brandon said that he was a champ and my mom and sister said that when they got done they asked him if he thought it was fun which he said yes to and then they asked him if he wanted to go on it again and he said "no". haha So funny! Pretty brave for our little 4 year old who has never been on roller coasters! :-)
Lunch time!!!
We got to enjoy corn dogs for lunch! They were expensive corn dogs but they were actually really yummy!! It hit the spot for sure for lunch!

The boys liked it. Brandon and I not so much! haha When we got off we both were saying how dizzy it made us! haha We must be getting old!
Thankfully my mom caught some pics of Grandpa trying to cheer Ethan up after he threw his fit because he couldn't have his Buzz lightyear gun yet.

Then after Ethan's melt down about his buzz blaster he wanted we went on the toon town roller coaster. At first Ethan and Brandon were just going on it but I got curious to see if Wyatt would be tall enough and he was. So Wyatt and I rushed to catch up with Brandon and we went on the roller coaster with them.
It was a little faster than I was expecting and Wyatt was all excited about it because there were frogs that spit water. When it started and we went faster and up and down and all around his face was priceless. He was a little more terrified than having fun. Brandon said that Ethan was the same way. After getting off Wyatt said, "scared" haha and Ethan didn't want to go again either! haha
Then of coarse we had to hit the "Jungle Cruise"

It was the perfect end to the night!
After we ate the churros Ethan said he wanted to go get his blaster gun and then we could go home! haha Silly kid! So Brandon took him to go get his gun and then we met up with Grandpa and GG and hit the shops in the front of Disney to get Wyatt a souvenir and something for Brandon's work!

Yes, this is how we told my family that we were expecting another little boy. It took them a while to get it. Brandon had to tell my mom that it was stuck for good and after a little bit of explaining and trying to get them to understand, they finally got it.
Everyone thought it was pretty funny and kind of crazy that we were having another boy. They were hoping for a little girl. Which I can understand. We were thinking we were having a little girl this time. However, we are super excited to meet our new little boy bundle in June! :-)
Then we headed out and went and got dinner at a mexican restaurant before heading home! It was a fun and very exhausting day! The boys were beat by the end and we were worried how they would act at the restaurant being so tired! However, they were probably on their best behavior which was such a nice break! haha It took them no time to fall asleep after getting in the car and heading home. Then we had to stop by a rental car place by the Ontario airport to pick up the car that Brandon and I were going to drive to AZ the next morning. Can't believe how fast that Disneyland day went! It was so much fun and we have good memories from it!!
