Spring Break Part 4

The rest of the week was spent hunting lizards, roasting hot dogs and marshmallows in the backyard and just having fun. 

After our fun first week Brandon had to fly back home so that he could work Monday through Thursday. He was flying back late that next Thursday night and then the plan was to drive home Saturday and Sunday. After Brandon left the rest of that week was spent hanging out, having dance parties, taking the boys on the trail with their scooters and hanging out with Aunt TT, cousin Ryan and Auntie Ashley. 

We also went and saw the movie "Zoo Topia" with the boys. They thought is was funny and scary. Wyatt kept telling me and GG to cover his eyes with our hands. haha Ethan was sitting curled up with his hands over his ears and his eyes closed for some of the movie! haha

Emmett didn't fare to well either. Grandpa had to take him out of the theatre for most of the movie since he wouldn't sit still or be happy.

It still turned out to be a fun outing and the boys just enjoyed eating a ton of popcorn and being with Grandpa and GG.

Yay for scooters and warm weather. Don't let the long sleeves fool you. It was pretty warm. haha

Emmett was having a blast when we went to Chick-Fil-A! haha His faces are hilarious!! 

My boys are awesome rock stars! haha

Great Grandma Edwards tried to feed Emmett one day. Ya he was not having it. He just starred at her blankly. haha Silly kid!! He was being pretty shy for everyone when we were down in Cali.

Even Emmett had a turn at being a rock star or maybe he was a hippy haha who knows! ;-)

Then when Aunt TT and Auntie Ashley were with us we went to the mall and the kids all got to ride on the train with GG. They were all super excited!

So much fun!!!

One afternoon it got just warm enough to send the kids outside to play in some sprinklers. They had a blast. Ryan was not so sure about getting in the water. The water was pretty chili and my boys kept running through it as fast as possible and laughing. Then they would go and lay down on their towels and soak up the sun again! :-)

Emmett really liked Auntie Ashley. He didn't act shy at all for her when she arrived. He starred at her for a minute and then dove for her. haha Made her feel pretty special! :-)

Ryan is a man lover. haha If Grandpa is around she doesn't want anyone else. She will go and look for him and call for him. If she sees him leave she cries for him. However, when Brandon was around if Grandpa left the room she would go over and want to sit on Brandon's lap. haha She is a little cutie!!

We ended our fun vacation with playing some games outside. Brandon played my dad in some ping pong and some of us girls played some ring toss. We still couldn't believe we were leaving early the next morning. Time always goes by way too fast and 2 weeks just flew by incredibly fast! It was all worth the trip and we can't wait to visit again!
