Fun in the backyard

In June we decided to fill up the pool in the backyard and let the kids play out in the backyard. The first time we filled up the pool Ethan and Wyatt just played in the pool and the water was really cold so they didn't want to get in all the way. 

Wyatt finally decided to get in the water... 

I love Wyatt's face. So much happiness even in the cold water! :-) 

Then the day before Emmetts birthday I let Emmett play in the backyard with the boys. He had so much fun and loved playing in the water. He kept gasping for air because of the cold water and laughing. Then he decided to blow bubbles in the water and he and Ethan would laugh overtime he did it. Emmett was laughing so hard it was so cute!! 

Emmett would go in and out of the pool over and over again. This is pretty much how he would get in and out of the pool. I had to catch in right as he was about to go all the way in or he would be face planting in the water! haha silly boy!! :-) 

Our community pool is so much fun but with Emmett as little as he is he has more fun playing in the backyard in our little pool because he can walk around and do things on his own. So Emmett for sure had a blast. I think we will have to do this a little more often so Emmett can have more fun! :-)
