Brandon had the week of Christmas off so we had lots of fun together as a family. We went and saw the new "Marry Poppins" movie, played at the Fort Fun arcade, played lots of games, relaxed and went out to eat using more gift cards we had gotten for Christmas. It was a good Christmas break!

Emmett loved holding our baby Jesus! He was so cute with the little doll. I think he is going to be cute with his baby brother when he arrives.

Marry Poppins returns was a cute movie and the kids liked it. Emmett is still not the greatest in movies but he did pretty good. The problem was that we went to a cheaper theatre because their were not seats available at the nice theatre. The seats are so much closer to each other in regular theaters so it was hard keeping Emmett from hitting the chairs in front of him. That was probably the hardest part of it.
The kids love playing at the arcade and lets face it so do Brandon and I. :-)
Kind of getting better!
So there is this place near Old Town Fort Collins that has a bunch of different places to eat. It has a pizza place, taco place, donut and ice cream place. Since we got gift cards to a couple of the places there we figured it would be fun to check it out.
It was fun but, it was cold! haha I could see it being a really fun place to go in the summer. The pizza was ok and the tacos were just ok as well. So I don't know that I would really care to go to eat the food. There was a chicken place that we didn't try out yet so we will have to try that out when it gets warmer. The funnest part of it was the cool fire place and just spending the afternoon together being goofy! Emmett really wanted donuts because he couldn't have the ice cream since his brothers used the ice cream cards up. Then once he got the donuts he said he didn't like them. What a weirdo! haha Christmas break was over all good! I was ready for them to go back to school by the end but we enjoyed it while it lasted!
