The whole time we were in Idaho it was windy and not super warm. We ventured outside but mostly into the backyard. It was too windy to go golfing and so we had fun going to the park and playing in the backyard and with all of Grandma and Grandpa's legos. It was fun even though it was not the warmest and it was so windy the whole time we were there. Plus Emmett was sick and not sleeping at all so that through everything for a loop. It was fun though and we got to play games in the evening when the boys were finally in bed.
Obviously not super warm since I put Emmett in a jacket! haha
Ethan fell and scratched his knee and it was the end of the world. He was then grumpy and not wanting to do anything! Chalk that one up to not getting enough sleep!
Wyatt's faces just crack me up sometimes! haha
The boys sure do love the park. I think the adults were the only ones complaining about the wind! haha
Yay for Chick Fil A!! We LOVE Chick Fil A and so it was perfect taking the kids for some dinner there after playing at the park.
Emmett is getting so big and able to eat some food with us when we are out. Although..... most of it ends up on the floor. So who knows how much he really eats at times! haha
After Chick Fil A we played in the front yard for a bit.
Emmett was loving being walked around.
The kids thought Grandma and Grandpa's basement was pretty much the best! haha I think they liked having the slide in the basement. Plus, Grandma let them play with her exercise ball and they don't get to do that here at home! haha Also while playing in the basement one night we were encouraging Emmett to walk to the couch where Daddy was sitting and he kept going from the slide to the couch with maybe one step and then he would fall. Until at one point he took a couple of steps before falling for Brandon. So he officially took his first steps on our trip. He had done close to that before but this time it was right there in front of us and he did it so well. Sure do love watching them learn how to walk. They always look so cute when they first start walking!
