On the 26th we decided to do a campout in our backyard and the boys were super excited. We made pizzas on the grill and then roasted marshmallows when the fire was ready. We almost went through a whole package of marshmallows that night. Well, I should say the boys almost ate a whole package of marshmallows. Brandon and I had a couple each and the boys just pounded them. After eating our marshmallows we got ready for bed and go in the tent which the boys had helped daddy set up before we had dinner. Before going to be that night we read the boys a few books using our flashlight and then got them all tucked in and said Good night. Too bad our neighbors dog started barking at 5:30 that morning and the sun came up not too long after that. So it was an early start but I guess that is what happens when you go camping.
My massive roasted marshmallow. I am very proud of how big I got this one. I learned from the best (Grandpa Bell AkA my dad). It didn't have much in the middle but it was HUGE!! haha
Emmett thought the tent was pretty fun as long as Daddy was in the tent with him. If it was just him and his brothers he would get nervous. haha
Emmett got to sleep in the house in his bed. He wouldn't have done well in the tent. Besides, there was no room for his pack-n-play. He got to have fun with us in the tent before it was bed time though and he enjoyed that. We also gave him his very first taste of a roasted marshmallow. He seemed to like it a little bit but he wasn't too into it. At least he liked it a little. Ethan did not like them when he was Emmett's age. haha

Even though it was early, the boys sure were happy. I love these crazy boys and the one sleeping in the nice warm house! haha
