The 4th of July went well this year. Brandon's parents came out so they could be here a little earlier than everyone else for the reunion. They wanted to help us out a little bit with getting ready for the crazy. So they were able to be here to celebrate the 4th of July with us. The boys were super excited. Lee and I ended up going to Target to get a few things and were able to get some poppers for the boys and some goofy glasses.
They always have fun with the pop its. They were able to go swimming and play outside and then at night we had a big thunderstorm hit and were not sure if anyone would be able to do fireworks. It was raining and hailing and the wind was blowing like crazy. Then right before the Timnath fireworks were supposed to start the storm was gone. So the boys and their Dad and Grandparents headed up to the Harmony golf course to go watch the fireworks while I stayed at home with Kayden and cuddled with him.
They got home pretty late but had a great time. I would have gone to see the fireworks with them but the mosquitos had been bad this summer and I didn't want to risk Kayden getting bit. It was a good 4th of July!
