The start of an interesting March

Brandon got hit the worst by far. He was down for a full week. He started to feel good enough to go on a short walk outside after like 5 days. By day 10 he was feeling better but it was definitely not a good experience for Brandon. I wonder if it would have been worse on him if we had not gotten our vaccines. Who knows though! I am just glad everyone was getting better. As soon as everyone was feeling better I came down with it. I had felt off the whole week after Brandon came down with it. I had a headache all week long and felt fuzzy and tired. I figured for sure since I had been taking care of all the sickos for over a week that maybe what I was feeling would be it. Sadly, that was not the case. I ended up feeling like I had a really crappy head cold that Sunday. Which I also thought was terrible timing because we were leaving for Spring break the following weekend. Thankfully that meant that I would be at about the 8 or 9 day mark by the time we got to Jason and Devins house. So that meant that I wouldn't be contagious by the time we got to our destination.

Out for some fresh air with these sickos.
Kayden would not stay away from Brandon. He had to sit as close as he could to him. haha Literally!!

Getting some more fresh air.

So nice when the sun is out and warm. We enjoyed sitting in the chair out in the backyard.

I just love that Kayden put his arm around Emmett while they were driving around.

Wyatt's last basketball game.

By the time Wyatt's last basketball game hit he was able to go. He was feeling totally back to normal. Ethan had been back to normal as well. So they both got to go back for their last games. Brandon had to wear a mask for these games.
One of the boys put Mickey like this at our piano. It looked so funny walking by seeing Mickey at our piano. haha

I really wanted to get Chick Fil A for lunch while I was recovering from COVID as well. So I decided going through the drive thru wouldn't be a bad thing to do. So I got Kayden to climb in to his carseat by telling him that he could pretend to drive with me. He LOVED having his little steering wheel toy with him in the car. Honking his horn and pretending to turn with me. It was pretty cute! After that outing I decided it would be worth it to bring that toy with us on our long drive to California.

Lastly, Emmett drew this in school. He did a FANTASTIC job! I couldn't believe that he did this all by himself. Pretty good for a kindergartener!!
