Wyatt is 11and Papa turns 70!!!

Wyatt is officially 11! Pretty crazy how fast these boys are growing up. He was excited to color his birthday crown and go get donuts. Then he was off to school. Papa and Gigi took him out for lunch this year and then let him skip the rest of the school day. He LOVED being able to go back to their house and just play games the rest of the afternoon. He got to play on the switch and other games with Gigi during the day. So he enjoyed that a lot!

He is getting so big! He chose to go to Mr. Yo's this year!

The boys always look forward to Great Grandma Huntsman's birthday present. They love getting candy and a shirt. It so cute that she still sends them gifts for their birthdays.

Wyatt got his first fish tank for his birthday and a gift card to go buy some fish. (sadly, the fish he ended up getting didn't last long)

We had to get this hat for my Dad! hahaha

Wyatt usually doesn't want cake for his birthday. This year though he had tried a cake that we had after Pipers baptism and he thought it was the best. So I found out where they got the cake and I bought that cake. He liked it but I don't think he still thought it was as good as he had thought it was. It was also a lot of cake!! haha
Its always fun celebrating Wyatt and my Dad (Papa) together. Wyatt feels pretty special being able to share his special day with his Papa. BIRTHDAY BUDDIES for the WIN!

We also finally got our windows delivered to our house!

Wyatt was really stoked to go pick out his fish. He wanted some leopard guppies. They were cool but they didn't make it for long. They kept dying. We switched out his guppies probably twice and yet they kept dying. Might have been because he didn't clean the tank enough or that the waters PH levels were off. Either way it was not a success! He was pretty bummed when they kept dying.

Kayden's art and writing from preschool is cute and his pictures he draws make me laugh. If you look really close you can see what his teacher wrote that he was trying to draw. haha

This was always Wyatt's year to have a birthday party. So he invited a couple of his friends and they went and played some pickle ball and then we took them to Wendy's after. It was simple and fun. Wyatt got a couple of gift cards for 20 bucks! It was kind of crazy!! People go all out for Birthdays these days.

After we got back from celebrating Wyatt with his friends there were Birthday Balloons on our counter for Brandon.
Bring on another birthday celebration!!

More of September

Here are more pictures from our September fun. Kaydens cute pictures from preschool. Our house finally started to get a roof. We love to go over all the time to check on the progress. It is so fun to see it coming along. We also camped out in our backyard which was a lot of fun. Kayden loved it! Brandon and I slept in the house and let the boys sleep in the tent. There was no way I was sleeping on an air mattress. Kayden could hardly wait to go to sleep in the tent. He kept asking if it was time for bed. We did tin foil dinners in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows as well. It is always a good time! While we sat around the fire that night we read some scriptures and had a little lesson around the fire about testimonies. How we can tell them things we know but until they experience it they wont really know for themselves. Just like if you tell Kayden the fire is hot. He can believe us but until he experiences burning himself he wont really know that it is actually hot. It was a good lesson. Then we sang around the fire a little bit. It was really the best night around the fire that we have had with the kids. Then it was time for bed. Wyatt ended up coming in to sleep in his bed. I think he was scared of the dark. He is not very brave when it comes to the dark.

The boys had fun jumping into the tractors.

Sadly, Kayden was exhausted the next day and ended up getting sick. He told us in the morning that he had slept the best. Yet he fell asleep on the couch as soon as we got home from church. At least he had a fun time and stayed in the tent that night.
