A short time back home!

 We had 2 weeks after our cruise before Brandon and I were leaving again. Brandon had asked his Mom if she could watch our boys for us while we went to Arizona for a CE course. At least that is what Brandon told me. So 2 days after we got home from our cruise Brandon signed our construction loan papers. We were officially in even more debt yet again so build our house. I got sick 2 days after I got home from our cruise and had a really nasty cold. It wiped me out for a few days and I just wanted to sleep. It was a bummer getting back from our trip and then not feeling good. I was hoping to have fun with Kayden and my boys in between our trips but I was not feeling good so I didn't do much besides what I needed to do. 

The Friday after we signed our loan we went out to our Lot and had a "breaking ground" ceremony. It was fun going out with shovels and doing it. The boys thought it was fun to dig in the dirt. In fact after the pictures they kept trying to dig more. haha Silly kiddos! 

This was Sister Ah You. She was one of our sister missionaries in our ward. She was from Hawaii and was such a good sport with our boys. She would run around with them and played with Kayden a little bit. She was super sweet and we really enjoyed her. Right before Brandon and I left for our next trip she was leaving for New Zealand which was where she was called to for her mission. She was sent to Colorado because her visa didn't come on time. We really enjoyed having her in our area. She was a very sweet girl and Brandon was able to help her with some Dental work which she really appreciated.

Kayden calls this his phone. So I found some headphones for him to listen to music on my old ipod. He thought it was super cool! 

This kid wont take naps anymore. Yet if he is super tired he will fall asleep in the car. He was so tired he didn't even finish his nuggets. 

Ethan took a cooking class in school for his second semester and was super excited to make smoothies for us. 

It turned out really yummy and he was very proud of himself. 

Emmett is obsessed with doing planks. He loves to see how long he can do it. He did it for like 14 minutes with Gigi one night and then did it for 31 minutes when Grandma and Grandpa Murri were here. He had to show off how strong he was to them of course. 

The night before we were leaving for our trip Emmett had a music program for 1st graders. He was super excited to perform and show us all his songs. 

He did a great job! He was singing and doing the actions and dance moves. He was super cute up there with all those other kids. It was fun to watch! It was a crazy night trying to make some dinner and get to the program on time. Plus it was feezing that night. A cold front came in and it was super windy and snowing and freezing but he did a great job and it was fun to watch. 

After that we went home and had a little treat to celebrate and then they were off to bed. We said our good nights and then went to finish packing and get to bed because we had an early morning flight the next day. Kayden was very excited for Grandma and Grandpa to be watching them. He kept asking when we were leaving and telling me he wanted us to leave. In fact the morning before we were leaving Kayden saw me in the morning and asked whey I was still here. haha He sure loves his Grandparents. He also told me after we got back from our cruise that he didn't want me to be here and he still wanted Gigi. So I guess I know where I stand in his eyes. haha 

CRUISE TIME!!!!!

On April 14th Brandon and I headed out on an early morning flight to go on a Bahaman Cruise. This trip was for their staff. They made their goal last year and the reward was a 3 day cruise. So we took off super early Friday morning to get into Florida and take off on our 3 day cruise. We were not sure how the cruise would go but we were excited to have some time without the kiddos. The boys were excited to spend extra time with Papa and Gigi. It was a trip full of eating too much food, ice cream, soda, laughs and lots of sunshine. 

Our first day on the ship was just exploring and finding the staff members. The next morning Brandon and I had an excursion to go to an island. We got up and ate some breakfast really quick before getting off the boat. 

Blue Lagoon was a little bit of a let down. The water was really cold and it was so touristy we were pretty bummed. We started thinking how amazing the DR is compared to where we currently were. The food was mediocre and by the time it was time to head back to the ship we were ready to. 

The poor Dolphin encounter area was so lame that I was so glad we did not pay money to do it. The water was really clear though and pretty. We explored a little bit and then just laid out for a little while before it was time to go. The Island was not very big so it did not take much time to walk it a couple of times. Plus some of the Island was blocked off because of some bad weather that had made it not the safest.

The cruise ship had the weirdest pictures as you walked up and down the stairs. 

I think we should have this exact picture in our next house. haha 

Brandon went on the water slides. I drank a milkshake and watched him. haha

That night we ran into the staff at a karaoke bar. Brandon got pulled into singing since the staff knows he can sing.

He chose "Bohemian Rhapsody" Then I ran up and joined him for the high parts and did an amazing air guitar performance. haha 

We then went to a show that night which ended up being hilarious. It was a lyric show and Guy ended up going up and the person over the show was flirting with him the whole time. It was really the funniest thing. You had to be there to get why it was so funny. We were all laughing so hard that my face hurt afterwards. 

The next morning Brandon and I met up with Guy and Kristen to play some Pickleball before getting some breakfast and getting off the boat again. 

We played a few games and Brandon and I ended up taking the win. It was a fun morning. We then grabbed some breakfast and got ready to head out to "Coco Cay Bay". 

This is the cruise lines private Island. We were not sure how the day was going to go. It ended up being the best day. It was so much better than the first day!

Travis had booked a gazebo for the 6 of us to hang at. So we were headed over there to join them. 

We did not realize it was going to be this AWESOME!

We had a Butler that would come and take our orders and bring us drink and check on us every once in a while. That was not the only reason this was so cool. The water was super pretty and we were not around a ton of people. It was a wonderful afternoon. 

Brandon even found a Konch near our spot. Sadly, we had to put it back. Brandon was really hoping to keep it and bring it home. He thought it would have been really cool to bring home a konch that he had caught himself. 

There was also a barracuda swimming around right by our area. Which was a little scary.

It was a really fun afternoon.

Brandon and I snorkeled around for quite a while and actually quite far. We were trying to find a plane wreck that was supposed to be in the water so we could see a bunch of fish. We did end up seeing some cool fish and saw some of the wreckage stuff. We were not able to go to the plane wreck because it was apparently too far and we were supposed to have life jackets for that or rent a canoe. So that was lame. Otherwise it was a lot of fun and we could have done 2 days there instead of the other stop we made.  

We arrived back to our room to find this towel frog. We got ready for dinner and headed down to go eat more food that we didn't really need to eat. haha 

The staff kept telling the waitors that it was someone else's Birthday each night. It was quite funny. RaQuelle got pegged our last night. 

When we got back to our room again this monkey was hanging in our room. 

It scared us at first. haha We were not expecting it when we walked in. It also meant that the guys that cleaned out room was coming in our room all the time! haha Kind of crazy if you ask me.

To end our trip Brandon and I went to a silent disco. It was fun to experience it. I have never done it before. Thankfully my back felt so good that whole weekend. So I was able to swim and dance and be normal for 3 days. It was really amazing!

The next morning we were up early to get ready to get off the boat. We got packed up and ready for the day and grabbed some breakfast watching the sunrise. It was a good morning even if it was early and we were tired. I enjoyed my breakfasts of hash browns, fruit and some bacon and sausage. It was a great start to my mornings. Then we were heading off the boat. We made our way to the airport and then our flight got delayed. So we got to hang out at the airport longer than we had planned. We were worried we were going to miss our connecting flight. Thankfully we arrived with about 20 minutes and went right to our next plane ride. It was a late night but we were glad to be home and had a really fun time together.
