Great wolf Lodge

So for our Christmas gift this year my parents treated us to a night at Great Wolf Lodge. The boys were super excited!! We started the trip with the kids all driving down with Papa and Gigi. We grabbed IN N OUT near Great Wold Lodge and then got checked in and started having some fun.

We made it in time for the snow show. Which was way corny. haha They had us do some snow chant and then the foam came down. I think Kayden liked it. Emmett may have enjoyed it a little bit but the other boys just thought it was pretty lame. haha

We got the adventure pass again this time. So we were able to do bowling and the ropes course, mini golf  and the rock wall. I think that is the only way to do Great Wolf. The water park gets old after a while and its nice to have something else to do with your time.

Then Gigi wanted to spoil the boys further and bought Kayden some candy from the candy shop.

Kayden loves these gummy food candies. Im really not sure why he loves them so much. haha

Wyatt and Emmett did the rock wall a ton of times. Wyatt thought it was super fun to repel almost upside down. What a nut. haha

New jammies!!

We always let them watch some TV and eat some popcorn when we stay here. The kids love it and end up staying up way too late every time we do it.

Good Morning!! Time to get up and go play in the water. Since we don't get to Great Wolf Lodge until after dinner we usually try to do the activities the night we get there and save the swimming for the next day. That way its something new and fun to do. I think it is the best way to do it. Then the kids don't get tired of the slides too quick that second day.

Poor Gigi and her broken foot. She wasn't able to go swimming so she just watched. We will have to go again when she doesn't have a broken foot so she can have some fun with the boys as well.

Emmett was so nervous to go on these slides. He almost cried the first time. He thought it was going to be so scary. It took a lot of convincing. Then once he went on it the first time he realized how fun it was and wanted to keep going on it.

The same thing happened with Kayden. Once Kayden went on it he wanted to go again and again.

Break time for some dipping dots!

Then back to the slides!

It was a fun time. The kids enjoyed it. Sadly, I think Ethan and Wyatt are going to be too old to enjoy it soon. They had fun for a while but then they got bored. There is only so much you can do. Once you have rode the slides 20 times its not as fun anymore. Hopefully they will still have fun the next time we go.

On our way home we stopped at the Giving Machine. It was December 1st, so we figured what better way to start the month of December than going to the Giving Machine.

Brandon let the boys pick what they wanted to give and even let them punch the numbers in. It was a cold but fun evening and great way to start December!
