Back to reality

We arrived home from Hawaii and were right back into regular life. That Saturday morning after getting home Brandon's parents left and Brandon's office was having another community activity. So we got up and ate some breakfast and then soon after that left to go to the activity in the parking lot at the office.

Kayden trying on his hat and said, "Mom! Look it does fit me!" haha

We did show the boys the souvenirs that we had bought them. Sadly, the hats that we got for Emmett and Kayden didn't fit. They were like toddler sized. We couldn't tell when we bought them but we sure did when they tried the hats on and they barely fit the tops of their heads. haha So that was a bummer. Especially since that was basically the only souvenir that we bought them. Thankfully, I was able to go on the website for the shop we got them at and order bigger ones. They just couldn't show off their hats until we got the other ones in the mail.

The activity was fun. The kids always enjoy it because there are things they can do and they get kona ice.

They had a petting zoo this time and Emmett and Kayden were huge fans of that part.

Emmett spent a lot of time in here holding the bunnies and petting the baby goats.

Kayden liked the baby goats except for when they tried nibbling on his clothes. Or my clothes for that matter. haha

All the boys except for Kayden joined the dance competition. Wyatt wanted to win so badly. However, because he is one of the doctors sons they couldn't let him win. So one of the ladies that works there told him that he had some awesome moves and would have won if he wasn't Doctor Murri's boy. haha

A little bit of time at the driving range.

The boys love going to the driving range and smacking some golf balls. Ethan is especially into golfing after the school golf season. He wants to improve his golf game so badly. Kayden ends up talking to people around him and telling them to watch him. haha

Park time. The community is putting in a splash pad and while we were playing they had an excavator out there. So Kayden was able to see one in action for a little bit.

This kid... haha He has been in to doing a ninja turtle smile these days. It is quite funny when he does it.
He was so excited that we were buying this noodle for the pools.

He also went and played at his friend Theo's house. They played with their constructions toys in their garden box.

Kadyen was loving playing in their garden box. Which didn't last for too long because soon they planted a garden and were not able to play in the dirt anymore.

A little down time playing on the switch.

I told the boys I needed someone to wipe down the table. Kayden volunteered. So I told him how to do it and he did it all by himself. He was very meticulous in his cleaning and it was so cute to watch him.

Hanging out in a fort with the fire on is sure nice when it is a cold day.

Wyatt had an "All about me" poster to do for school. It is funny that he chose the picture of his slobber bubbles from when his tonsils were removed as his main picture. haha It is a really funny picture but I thought he would have wanted to put it as just a side picture.

Kilwins opened back up after being closed for probably a year. We were so happy that it was open again. However, it was super expensive. I think the price may have gone up. I think it was almost 50 bucks for the 6 of us to get ice cream. CRAZY!!!!

Also, Mothers Day happened.
I came down to a yummy breakfast and didn't have to cook dinner or clean it up.

I sure love these boys and I am so glad to be their Mom. Being a Mom is challenging and the best all at the same time. It is so hard to be patient a lot of the time and there is always something that has to be cleaned up or a fight to be broken up. I wouldn't change it for the world! My boys and Brandon are my everything!! I feel so blessed to be a mother to these crazy boys!!!
