Ok so remember when I told you that we tried to find a replacement for IN N OUT, well I think we have given up on that. So we decided to move onto our next adventure of food replacements, Pizza! We LOVED this place called Barros in Arizona and since we no longer have that luxury we are determined to find a pizza place to replace our beloved Barros. We looked up on Yelp to find good pizza places and found a place called Marcos pizza. Brandon then found a groupon for it and we decided to give it a try. We drove there and found out that it was only a carryout and delivery place ( already a negative). So we decided to order it and go eat it at a near by park. The park turned out great. The Pizza... not so much. It was awful!! We didnt even want to keep the leftovers. It was hawaiian and they put chicken on it and some really hard bacon bits. It was nasty. We took off all of the chicken trying to salvage it but, it did not help. I could still taste the nasty chicken and I swear I almost broke a tooth on one of the bacon bit peices (ok maybe not that drastic but seriously, gross!). So Marcos was an absolute fail and we wont be going there again. Luckily we have a BJ's that we can go to if all other pizza places fail us. So anyways, the hunt will continue and I am sure some day we will find some hidden treasures that will replace some of the places that we loved in AZ. At least the park was a hit. It was a nice big park surrounded by some really nice big trees and lots of green grass. So the kids had fun and we all enjoyed being outside and enjoying the wonderful evening.
It was not easy pulling Ethan away from the park since he was having so much fun.
I think we will be going to parks a lot this summer!
