So for Easter weekend my parents were able to come and celebrate with us again. It was fun having them there for the weekend. It is always fun having family come visit and since my parents only lived 4 and a half hours away they were able to visit us a little more often. And, since we were moving away to Colorado they wanted to get as much time in with us as possible before we moved a plane ride away.
They showed up and left a path of easter eggs out for Ethan to follow to them. However, since he is young he got a little bit more excited about the eggs and then he was not as exuberant when he saw my parents. It was pretty funny. It was almost as if he did not understand who was standing right in front of him. It took him a little bit to register that it was Grandpa and GG. Once he got past the shock then he was really excited to see them.
We had a lot of fun just hanging out and we went to Firehouse Subs for lunch one day and went looking for some more ammo for my parents and Brandon's guns.
And of coarse we my mom takes a lot of pictures (thankgoodness). So we have all of these priceless gems.
Ethan looks like a football star! haha :-)
Wyatts first time with a sippy cup. He was not quite sure what to do with it! haha
He was so excited for Easter! ;-)
So here are the pictures from the events Easter morning!!
The Easter Bunny left a trail of candy going downstairs.
Jackpot!
Even Wyatt got some things from the Easter Bunny!!
Let the egg Hunt begin!
There was one golden egg hidden in this bush. So daddy had to help Ethan get it.
Guess what was in the egg..?? MONEY!! Man that Easter Bunny must be rich!
What a sweet picture of Wyatt and Grandpa Bell!
Oh wait what is this...??
The Easter bunny left something for Daddy too!
Ethan enjoying his candy thoroughly!
I LOVE EASTER!! haha
Sunday after our egg hunt and our yummy waffles with strawberries and whip cream we got ready and headed to church. After that we played some cards and ate a yummy honey ham dinner with scalloped potatoes and corn. Then my parents had to take off so they could get home. We had such a fun Easter and were so glad my parents could enjoy it with us.
