A little more family time

The day after the wedding we had to say good bye to Weston, Hayley and their little boy Michael. So we went to the park that morning to get some wiggles out before they took the drive back to Utah. We managed to take pics of the Grandparents with all of their grandchildren. Although trying to take a picture with 5 children one being 5 years old, 2 of them being about 3, a one year old and a 2 month old you can only imagine we never got a perfect picture! haha At least we got a few though. I had to keep a few on here because they are funny to look at! :-)

This is probably the best one out of all of them. Mostly because they all look pretty happy for the most part. Michael looks super happy and even though his hands are up it still turned out pretty cute!

My sisters didn't have to leave until Thursday evening. So we got to go swimming on Wednesday afternoon and enjoy playing some games with each other. We also blessed Emmett Wednesday night. We were supposed to bless him the following Sunday but found out that we were not going to be in the ward anymore. There was a new stake being created and we had to go to the Greeley Stake Conference that Sunday to find out where we were going to church from now on and what stake we were going to be in. So we had to talk to our bishop and see if we could just bless Emmett at home. It worked out nicely because my sisters were able to be here for Emmett's baby blessing.
Letting my sister cut my hair! haha I figured why not let my sister and mom and dad try to cut my hair for free. Then if I didn't like it at least it was free. I hate spending 40 bucks on a hair cut that I don't end up liking or I have to fix myself!

Brandon did a good job with the blessing. Ethan was able to be awake for it but Wyatt didn't make it. It had been a long day with no naps and I had accidentally woken him up in the morning. So he was super tired! So Emmett Thayne Murri was officially given his baby blessing on August 19th 2015.

Ryan LOVED to hug and try to hold Emmett. He was not too sure about it though! haha

Ethan is a good big brother. He plays with Wyatt all the time and watches over him when they are with other kids. He also like to help Emmett with his tummy time, and Emmett is getting so good at holding his head up!

Oh what fun we have at costco! haha

Anyways, my sisters took off on Thursday and my mom stayed in Denver for a little bit to meet with a lady that has been working with her on some genealogy work and they went to a grave sight of one of our ancestors. So while my mom was off having fun  we went with my Dad to Freddy's for dinner that night. Then when my mom got home that night we played some games. The next 2 days we went to the pool and played more games.

It was fun having my parents stay in town longer. They also watched the boys for us so that on Saturday night we could go on a date to our friend Trisa's unbirthday birthday party. She put on a Minute to Win-It game night for her friends. It was a blast. Brandon and I got all dressed up for our team of Murri Madness. It was fun, but we did not win anything! haha Oh well it was a night to remember! :-)

Then on Sunday my parents watched the boys again and we headed to the Greeley Stake Conference to find out where we were headed with our ward change. We found out that we are now in the new Windsor stake and are in the Bison Ridge Ward. So good bye Loveland Stake and the Fossil Creek Ward and hello Windsor. It will be interesting to see what callings Brandon and I get put into now. Hopefully the boys will do good with the transition to a different ward.
After finding out what ward and stake we were going to be in we headed back home to enjoy the rest of the day with my parents before they took off back to Cali. We spent the rest of the day playing ring toss and Rummy and playing with the boys! Then sadly we had to say bye to my parents and send them back to California. It was a great visit and we are glad that David married a Denver girl so everyone could come hang out at our place for a little bit.
