Bell Reunion Part 2

Before we knew it the whole crew had arrived. David and Hayles go their first and thankfully things worked out with Weston and Hayley getting their rental car so they could make it. They almost didn't get to some out. Ashley, Matt and Harvey sadly couldn't make it this time because they were moving to Puerto Rico. We were excited to see most of the family though.

I took this picture because Kayden went to bed early but then woke up and wanted to be awake and watch TV with me. I guess that is what happens when I throw off his schedule and he doesn't get a nap.
Anyways, we started off our reunion fun with yet another hike. This time we did Horsetooth falls. So we got up in the morning and packed a bunch of snacks and headed out. It was a nice morning to a hike and thankfully the clouds were there to keep us from overheating.

The water at the falls was super cold. It did feel kind of nice though. By the time we got there it was getting pretty warm out and we were all feeling a little hot.

We played around at the falls for a little while and then we headed back. The kids were having fun in the water except for Kayden. I don't think Kayden liked how cold the water was. haha He would just cry if we put his feet in the water.

We made it back to the start and we were glad we were done and not just starting because it was getting hot.

Dinner at Papa and Gigi's

Park Time!!

Then one morning we headed to the park to do some relay races and play at the park for a little bit. It was pretty windy that morning but the kids had a blast at the park.
Kayden loved the egg relay. He wanted to try it. So I helped him hold the spoon and as we would start walking he would shake the spoon and the egg would fall off the spoon and into the grass and he would start laughing really hard. Then we would do it all over again and he would do the same thing. He was laughing so hard and his little feet were going so fast and he was almost hoping and laughing as we tried to carry the egg around. It was so funny!!

After a couple of relay races for the kids involving eggs and beans and other things it was time to water balloon tosses.

Ethan kept catching the water balloons too hard and he was getting soaked! haha

Shortly after the balloon tosses had started it became a water balloon fight and there were water balloons going everywhere. haha

It was pretty fun watching everyone going crazy! haha

We also went to the Theatre. My parents rented the movie theatre so we could go watch Peter Rabbit 2.
The kids were super excited about it. With little ones around it really is the best way to go to the theatre. It is so hard to keep Kayden in his seat quiet and happy. So even though me and Brandon didn't get to really watch the movie at least we didn't feel bad about ruining it for people we didn't know.

Ice cream and cousins in the backyard!! Always a good combo!
Sadly, before knew it Tif and her kids had to leave. It was sad to see them go. We had fun hanging out with them. David and Hayles had to leave too.
Weston and Hayley were the last ones to leave. So we got to hangout with them for one more day.
So we hungout with them in our backyard and played on the slip n slide.

Thankfully our slip n slide is huge so the kids had fun sliding down by 2's.

Then the end arrived. We hungout at my parents house for dinner that Saturday and had some leftovers for dinner. Brandon had a work meeting in Arizona I believe so he flew out that morning and was getting back late that night. So I tried to spend as much time with Wes and his little family as possible since they were leaving too. It was a fun week so hiking, swimming, playing with cousins and ice cream! We decided that next time we need to all be at the same location though. It was hard to play games at night because the kids needed to get to bed and so Brandon and I would have to leave to get our kids to bed and we would not be able to play. So that was a bummer! Other than that it was a lot of fun!!
