The second day of the reunion we got up and at a yummy breakfast and then got all ready to head to Estes Park to go hiking! It ended up being a majorly busy day in Estes and we were afraid that we wouldnt get a parking spot and that the drive up there would have been for nothing. Luckily, the guys dropped us off and were able to park on the side of the road somewhere and then just walked back up to the shuttle area and we were able to get up to the trail head to go hiking. It was a fun hike but by the end of the hike we were all done and ready to eat and get back home.
After the hike we headed back home. We were planning on getting lunch and ice cream in Estes Park but it was so crazy busy that it would have taken us way too long to find a parking spot and get back home. So we just headed back into town. We stopped in loveland to eat a late lunch at McDonalds which the kids were stoked about! :-)
They were having so much fun in the air conditioned McDonalds playing on the slides!
We ended the day with some home cooked grilled pizzas made by Ty and Vandy and then played some more games! It was a super long, busy and yet fun filled day! :-)
