Thanksgiving break

We had a fun Thanksgiving break this year. My parents were living here in Colorado and David and Hayles came to visit as well. So we had fun playing games, watching movies and going and playing pickle ball. It was a fun week!!

Kayden trying to be like his older brothers and pretending to play on the Nintendo Switch. haha

We also finally took new family pictures and this time it was on OUT Lot!! :-)

It was fun being able to take family pictures of the land that we purchased only a month before. It is still crazy to think that we own it and will be building a home on it in a couple of years! I sure do love our sweet little family!!

Nothing better than going to see the lights in Old Town and getting ice cream from Kilwins on a cold night!

It was so tasty!!

The lights were pretty too!

It was fun to get away from the house and enjoy some fresh night air with the crew.

After lights and ice cream we headed home and got the older boys sleeping stuff so that they could go stay the night at Papa and Gigi's house.

The boys were so excited to go stay the night. Brandon and I were excited to not have to put them to bed that night too. haha

After enjoying our Thanksgiving meal we watched a Christmas movie all together. This year we watched Christmas Chronicles.

I just love this little kiddo!! He is getting so much funnier these days!

Kayden loves it when Gigi puts her glasses on him. haha

After Thanksgiving was over it was time to put up lights on the houses. So we went over and Brandon helped put the lights on my parents house.

Kayden decided that he would help by going through all of their Christmas stuff that was out in the garage.

Eventually my Dad decided to get on the rood to try and help a little bit. Which was silly because Brandon was up there already getting it all done and then my Dad decided to climb on up. Gigi was not very happy about that. Which I don't blame her. He is getting a little too old to be climbing on the roof! Thankfully there were no accidents and the lights were successfully put on the house.
Amongst all of the holiday fun we also got out and played pickle ball with every one a couple of times while David and Hayles were in town which was a lot of fun.

Ethan being a good big brother and keeping Kayden happy! haha

Here is our Thankful Turkey from this year!

That following Sunday Gigi spoke in Sacrament meeting. We were sadly not able to go at the last minute because supposedly there were too many people signed up to go to church that Sunday. With all of the Covid restrictions in place that made it so we couldn't go. So we watched Gigi give her talk from the comfort of our couches!
