Part 2 The Aquarium

Then on Monday we decided to go to the Denver Aquarium! We had heard that it was awesome, so we figured why not go and check it out! So again we headed out after breakfast to enjoy the day! The aquarium was fun but it was not as big as I expected it to be, especially for the price! So we were a little disappointed, but it was still fun!

The boys like the Manta Rays and both Ethan and Wyatt touched them. Wyatt really liked it after he got up the courage to touch them! Then he didnt want to stop! haha

Ethan was not a fan of putting his head inside the fake sharks mouth! haha

Wyatt thought it was funny though! haha

After making it through the aquarium we went to a kids play area. Everything was fine and dandy until Ethan decided to be disobedient (not uncommon these days) which caused him to get into trouble which then caused a complete breakdown and his inner monster to surface! It took probably a half hour to get him to finally calm down and be obedient and stop yelling and hitting us. While Brandon was gone trying to handle Ethan, Wyatt started crying because he wanted Daddy! haha It was complete craziness!! haha

Once they both calmed down and everything was better and happier we went back into the play area which was now abandoned and let the kids play for a while before heading home!

They had a ton of fun playing in this play area and were sad to go home. They both ended up falling asleep in the car close to when we were already to our next destination. So we ended up going straight from the aquarium to Texas Road house for dinner. We wanted to go that Monday night because kids eat free on Monday nights at Texas Road house. So we ate some yummy dinner and then went to a park for a little bit. Then after that we headed to get some ice cream at our new favorite place called Kilwins.

Everyone was happy after some yummy ice cream that night and then we headed home to put the boys to bed and get out some cards to play some games!
