So my parents came out to visit at the end of September and were here for 10 days! It was a blast having them here and we had a lot of fun with them! They got here on September 20th in the morning. So we got up ate breakfast and packed up the kids to go pick them up from the airport. The boys were so excited to get them and to be able to play with them. It turned out to be a very long day. We picked up my parents and headed home to drop off my parents luggage at the house. Then we headed to Sam's Club to get stuff for Brandon's work party that afternoon. We grabbed the stuff and got lunch at Sam's and then headed straight to the work party in Longmont! We hung out there and had some dinner and the kids played at the park for a few hours before calling it quits and heading home.
It was a fun and yet exhausting day. We finally were able to relax at our house and give my Dad the grand tour of our house that evening when we got home!
