Oh Christmas Tree or Christmas Tree!!

Since Halloween is over and it is officially November it was time to put up the Christmas Tree! We put it up on November 3rd. The kids were super excited to put it up. After getting home from church we decided it would be a good idea to put up the tree.

The boys always cluster the bulbs. We have to tell them to spread them out. Otherwise it ends up being all red in one area and all golf in another area. haha

It was Wyatt's turn to put up the star this year!

He was so excited to have his turn.

Then we let Kayden help put a ornament on the tree.

 He liked holding the ornament.

He really liked looking at the ornaments. haha

Then came the drool!! haha This kid is such a drooler.

Yay!!! So Beautiful.... oh wait... the top quarter isn't lit. haha
We had to plug in the lights at the top and then it was beautiful. Then the kids were so tired that we made them go to bed and we never got a really good picture of the kids next to the tree all lit up. It was sure nice to have the Christmas lights on that evening. I just love having the Christmas tree up. It is just so pretty!!!

RAMs game

November 2nd we planned to go as a family to the CSU Rams game. The boys were super excited to go and watch some football. They especially love getting snacks and when the Rams score because the cannon goes off.

The boys didn't last very long before they decided watching football wasn't fun anymore.

Then it became make the table a ninja warrior obstacle. haha

Not only that but they started to play hide and seek in the cabinets.

Brandon tried to watch a little bit of the game here and there amongst taking the kids to get snacks and to the bathroom and telling them to stop climbing in every cupboard. haha

The kids ended their fun with making cup pyramids. haha

I enjoyed cuddling with Kayden in the wrap while they played with cups and in cupboards. We didn't last super long because the boys didn't seem interested at all. So we ended up just staying long enough to let Kayden take a little bit of a nap before leaving.

I can't get over this outfit on Kayden. That and his super sweet smile!! Even though the boys didn't pay attention much it was still a fun time and we are making memories which is the best part!

Halloween

Halloween morning I got up and helped get the boys ready in their costumes for them to leave for school. Then I got Emmett ready in his costume to go see Wyatt in his classroom for his party. Emmett said he wanted to be Iron Man for Halloween and then changed his mind at the last minute and said he wanted to be "Uncle Rico" so we got him ready as fast as possible and took off to the school.
As soon as we got to Wyatt's class Wyatt gave Emmett a donut hole (Wyatt is so sweet and is really good at thinking of others.)

Then Emmett just followed Wyatt around with his stations.

It is fun going to their little Holiday parties. I don't help out much in their classes so when they have parties it is fun to go and see them in their classes.

Oh and did I mention that I was able to go have lunch with Captain America! haha Sorry someone hotter than Captain America. Brandon and I met up at MOD pizza for lunch after I dropped off Emmett at preschool.

Between Captain America and this cute baby I had the best lunch date. We had to eat pretty quickly so that we could get back in time to go to Emmett's school party. I enjoyed watching Emmett have a little bit of fun at his party before heading to go help out in Ethan's class.

Emmett was having so much fun at his school party. It was fun to be there for his very first school party!

Then I helped out in Ethan's class! He was pretty excited to see me!

He had fun with his classmates and I really just ended up chatting with some other moms and watch Ethan go around his room.

After school we packed up the kids and made our way over to the office building that passes out candy.

Man I married a hottie!!

The kids were so excited to do a little bit of trick or treating at the office building again. However, they acted all scared because of the decorations. Wyatt was being such a baby about all the Halloween decorations. I told him that is why I like Christmas better. haha

Then we enjoyed some zombie brain spaghetti for dinner before going out for some more trick or treating. haha

Ya it didn't look very appetizing. haha The kids were confused about what we were eating. haha Thankfully once they tasted it they knew it was just spaghetti! haha
After eating some yucky looking but tasty food I took the boys out to do a little bit of trick or treating.

It was really cold so we just did both sides of our street and then one side of the street behind us. By the time we got back to the house we were all freezing and ready to warm up by the fire. Plus the kids had gotten plenty of candy. It seemed like everyone was giving out handfuls this year. So they filled up their buckets super quickly! We got back to the house and turned on the movie "Cocoa" and they were able to eat some candy before bedtime. It was a busy but fun Halloween!
