Colorado Rockies Game

On September 14th we had the community garage sale and a Rockies Game to go to. We wanted to sell some things this time so we got all set up and sat outside for 3 hours. Garage sales are really not fun to do. haha After a few hours Brandon didn't want to do it anymore so we closed up shop and decided to just donate some things to GoodWill and try and sell some baby stuff to Once Upon a Child.

After that I took Ethan out on a one on one where we got some lunch and played some pickleball.
Then it was off to the Rockies game with the family and Brandon's staff members.

What a cute family I have!

Emmett was most excited about this!! Getting sweet treats to eat at the game. We made them eat some hot dogs and then they got some cotton candy to share.

I got Kayden to fall asleep in the wrap and thankfully he slept pretty much the whole game. We were in the Wellsfargo suite. It was so much better than being in the regular seats. I was able to stay inside and just walk around and watch the game from inside where it was way quieter. So Kayden slept for almost the whole time we were there. It was great!! I am so glad that he likes this wrap and sleeps so well in it.

Then they got some dippin dots which they LOVED! Sadly, Emmett put his ice cream on his seat and then went to stand up so it spilled all over the floor. I saw it happen and then he was bent down trying to scoop it back into his cup so he could eat it. The look on his face just made my heart ache for him. It seemed like he was sad because he spilt his ice cream and nervous that he was going to be in trouble! So I went out and told him to not eat it and had him come inside and then we gave him some of the one Brandon and I were sharing. He was a little happier after that! Poor buddy didn't realize that when he stood up his seat would fold right away. Thankfully it all worked out.

It was a fun evening out with the boys. I didn't get much of the game in but I had fun because the kids had fun. Ethan and Wyatt were bummed by the time we left because they thought they were supposed to catch a baseball since we were at a game. We had to tell them that that does not happen for many people and the odds are not very high that they would catch one. They were so bummed. I think Ethan and Wyatt even cried a little bit. It always makes us wonder why we do things like that with them. But...... it really is fun and we have good memories because of those things we do.
